RAMCO HARDWORKER ECO PLASTER HW 305 - RAMCO Hard Worker HW305 is Eco Plaster, a ready-mix, self-curing cement plaster from Ramco's Hard Worker construction chemicals range. It is designed for plastering walls and ceilings without the need for conventional water curing. Key features No water curing required (self-curing plaster) Helps save water, labour, and curing costs Crack-resistant due to more uniform curing Easy to apply—just add sand and water Suitable for internal walls, external walls, and ceilings Coverage: Approximately 50–55 sq ft per 25 kg bag at 12 mm average thickness. Mixing ratio (by volume) External walls: 1 part HW305 : 4 parts sand Internal walls: 1 part HW305 : 4–5 parts sand Ceilings: 1 part HW305 : 3 parts sand Application Prepare and wet the surface. Mix HW305 with the recommended quantity of sand. Add clean water and mix thoroughly. Apply plaster (first coat up to 12–15 mm thickness). No water curing is required.
